A jury convicted Lany G. Overman of six drug offenses, and he appealed those convictions and corresponding sentences to the Court of Appeals, which affirmed in part and reversed in part. State v. Overman, No. 105,504, 2012 WL 6634362 (Kan. App. 2012) (unpublished opinion).
