March 30, 1943, appellee secured a judgment against appellant in the municipal court of the City of Pine Bluff. On April 23rd thereafter, appellant filed affidavit for appeal to the circuit court, and on the same date executed and filed appeal bond. April 30, 1943, appellant filed transcript of the judgment in the office of the clerk of the circuit court.
