Collins, appeals the judgment that dismissed his negligence claims against Defendants/Ap-pellees, Kelly General Construction Company (hereinafter referred to as “Kelly Construction”) and Cincinnati Insurance Company (hereinafter referred to as “Cincinnati Insurance”), and Fredrick Ryan Davis, from the 40th Judicial Court, Division “A”. For the following reasons, we affirm the judgment.
