^Plaintiffs, Woodlands Development, L.L.C., Anthony Reginelli, Jr., Shauna Landry Reginelli, Peter R. Steur, and Lee R. Steur (collectively “plaintiffs”), appeal a summary judgment rendered in favor of defendant, Regions Bank, N.A. (“Regions”), dismissing plaintiffs’ petition for a declaratory judgment against Regions. Plaintiffs sought a declaratory judgment that allegedly fraudulent conduct of Regions inducing them to enter into a forbearance agreement (the “Second Amendment to Forbearance Agreement”) should thus relieve them of liability on their personal guarantees…
