¶ 1 These consolidated appeals 1 have been taken from the order which, following a jury verdict in favor of all defendants, Giant Food Stores, Inc. (hereafter “Giant”), Hershocks, Inc. (hereafter “Her-shocks”), and Stanley Magic Door, Inc.
