¶ 1 This appeal has been taken from the judgment entered on a jury verdict in favor of appellee, the National Railroad Passenger Corporation, and against appellants, John and Audrey Bezerra, in this action under the Federal Employers Liability Act (FELA) for personal injuries allegedly sustained by appehant, John X. Bezerra, in a train derailment. Appellants contend they are entitled to a new trial (1) by reason of the failure of the jury to award any damages for the injuries sustained by John X.
