Appellant, Garden State Standardbred Sales Company, Inc., obtained an arbitration award against Appellee, Clarence Seese. Judgment was entered in the Superior Court of New Jersey and thereafter filed in Pennsylvania pursuant to the Uniform Enforcement of Foreign Judgments Act, 42 Pa.C.S.A. § 4306. Subsequently, Appellant took the deposition of Clarence Seese in the offices of Appellant’s counsel, and garnishment proceedings were commenced by filing interrogatories on Clarence I.
