This Court explained in Miller v. Alabama, 567 U.S. ----, 132 S.Ct. 2455 , 183 L.Ed.2d 407 (2012), that a sentencer is "require[d] ... to take into account how children are different, and how those differences counsel against irrevocably sentencing them to a lifetime in prison."
