¶ 1 We here consider whether the trial court erred by summarily denying petitions for post-conviction relief alleging that petitioners’ natural life sentences for homicides committed as juveniles are unconstitutional in light of Miller v. Alabama, 567 U.S. 460, 132 S.Ct. 2455, 183 L.Ed.2d 407 (2012). Because the United States Supreme Court held in Montgomery v.
