John Lyndon Williamson appeals following his convictions in Wichita Municipal Court-and from his subsequent unsuccessful appeal to the Sedgwick County District Court-for failure to register a motor vehicle and failure to maintain liability insurance. On appeal to this court, Williamson contends that the evidence presented to the district court was insufficient to convict him of either offense and that the mandatory registration law is unconstitutional as applied to him.
