MYRON L. GORDON, District Judge.

The Town of East Troy (Town), Joint School District No. 1 (District), and thirty-two individuals and married couples (individual plaintiffs) filed a 204-count complaint in the circuit court of Walworth County against the Soo Line Railroad Company (Railroad) and Georgia-Pacific Corporation (Manufacturer). The plaintiffs claim damages resulting from the derailment of part of one of the Railroad’s trains and the consequent contamination of the plaintiffs’ water wells and septic systems from the Manufacturer’s carbolic acid which was being…
