The District Court of Natrona County sustained a general demurrer interposed by the defendant and respondent to a second amended petition filed by plaintiffs and appellants, this pleading in said district court being entitled Joseph M. Carey, Elizabeth Carey Brewster, Louise Carey Bon and Julia F. Carey, Statutory Trustees of J. M. Carey and Brother, a Corporation, plaintiffs vs. City of Casper, a Municipal Corporation, defendant.
