John L. Crockett and certain other landowners filed suit against the St. Francis Drainage District of Clay and Greene counties and Subsidiary District No. 10 thereof, praying that they be allowed to redeem the lands described in their complaints owned by them respectively. A decree had been.rendered foreclosing the liens of the improvement districts for the unpaid taxes, pursuant to which the lands here involved had been sold to the improvement districts.
