ORDER DENYING DEFENDANTS’ MOTION TO DISMISS AND MOTION FOR SUMMARY JUDGMENT
KENT, District Judge.
This is a personal injury ease arising under the Jones Act, 46 U.S.C.App. § 688 et seq. and general maritime law. Plaintiff allegedly suffered an injury on February 23, 1995 while serving aboard the MTV GULF KING 55. He filed this claim against Defendants on February 19, 1998. Now before the Court is Defendants’ Motion to Dismiss or, in the alternative, Motion for Summary Judgment. 1 For the reasons set forth below, Defendants’ Motion is DENIED.
