PELL, Circuit Judge.

Defendant was charged with interstate transportation of a stolen motor vehicle in violation of 18 U.S.C. § 2812. Prior to trial defendant moved to suppress oral statements he claimed were made to a Government agent in derogation of his right to counsel. Following a hearing, the trial court denied the motion to suppress and defense counsel’s motion to withdraw from further participation in the case.
