Plaintiff’s husband was employed as a laborer by a subcontractor engaged in the construction of a building at Tenth and Chestnut streets, Philadelphia. While employed in the light-well of the building in unloading material from a wagon into the basement, a brick fell from one of the upper floors striking plaintiff’s husband on the head and inflicting fatal injury.
