This action for invasion of privacy is based upon derogatory statements in a letter written by plaintiffs employers to the AGUC-TAD, United States Army Reserve Components Personnel and Administration Center. Plaintiff characterizes this letter as an attempt to have him courtmartialed or relieved of his position with the United States Army Reserve as a Lieutenant Colonel. Plaintiff was indeed subjected to military review subsequent to the receipt of defendant Zink’s letter.
