RONEY, Circuit Judge:
This is the second petition for enforcement of a National Labor Relations Board bargaining order entered against Gibson Products Company. 1 On the Board’s first petition, this Court upheld findings that various activities of Gibson constituted unfair labor practices in violation of section 8(a)(1) of the National Labor Relations Act, 29 U.S. C.A. § 158(a)(1), and enforced the Board’s cease and desist order.
