TINDER, Circuit Judge.

After being charged with several counts of drug-related offenses, Marcus Brown entered into a plea agreement with the government. Under the agreement, if Brown pleaded guilty to one conspiracy count and fully cooperated, the government would move to dismiss the remaining counts and reduce Brown’s sentence. The district court accepted Brown’s guilty plea and sentenced him in accordance with the terms of the plea agreement.
