HAMILTON, Circuit Judge.

Kendricks Kilcrease pled guilty to possessing crack cocaine with intent to distribute. See 21 U.S.C. § 841(a)(1). As part of his plea agreement he promised to cooperate with the government in exchange for a chance at a lower sentence. He also waived the right to challenge on appeal “any and all issues” arising from his conviction and sentence.
