The receiver in sequestration growing out of the departure of Augustus Mackenzie from the State and his failure to continue the payments of alimony awarded pursuant to a judgment of separation granted to his wife in 1916, was, on Mackenzie’s motion, discharged upon condition that he, Mackenzie, the husband, idle a bond, with corporate surety, in the sum of $25,000 and that he pay $4,000 to cover arrears of alimony.
