Appellant filed her bill under the Act of May 23,1907, P. L. 227, averring that her husband had deserted and refused to support her, and praying that he be ordered to pay “for her support and maintenance.” The bill was dismissed on demurrer. Several objections to the suit were stated, but we. were asked at the argument to review only the position considered below, — that1 in Phila*143delphia, the municipal court has exclusive jurisdiction of the subject.
