This is an appeal by defendant from an order entered against him by the municipal court of Philadelphia, domestic relations division, for the support of his wife.

The complainant and defendant were married March 15, 1924, in Glenco, Long Island, and continued to live together as husband and wife until January, 1932. For two years prior to January, 1932, they resided in Australia.
