This action was begun by the respondent, S. L. Winans, to recover for the alleged conversion of certain wheat. The case was tried to a jury, which returned a verdict in favor of the plaintiff for the full amount of his claim. From the judgment entered in accordance with said verdict, and from an order denying a new trial, the defendants appeal.
As to most of the material questions there is no conflict of evidence, but, as we do not find that there was any error in the submission of the case to the jury, and the jury found for the plaintiff, we are required to resolve all conflicts…
