This case grows out of the alleged failure of the chancellor to give full faith and credit to the decree of a foreign State which undertook to adjudge title to real estate in Tennessee.

The facts upon which the Michigan decree is based may be stated briefly as follows: In 1943, Alma Clouse and Jack R. Clouse became the owners of 74 acres of land in'Sumner County, holding the same as tenants by the entireties.
