This action was instituted in the Common Pleas Court of Kanawha County by the plaintiffs Ivan iG. Shreve and Irene A. Shreve against the defendant, Casto Trailer Sales, Inc., a Corporation, to rescind a contract to purchase a mobile home from the defendant, which they claim had a defective floor which the seller did not repair, and to recover the purchase money paid on said contract.
