This appeal stands as an appeal from a judgment of the district court of Hennepin county dismissing an appeal to that court from an order of the probate court of said county allowing the final account of the administrator of the estate of Mary L. Firle, deceased, and from a decree distributing the property of said estate to William Firle, as the adopted son of said decedent. The appellants are Hattie Goodspeed, Minnie Hartig, Ella Applegarth, and Harriet Cooper, four sisters of the decedent. The respondents are said William Firle, to whom the estate was decreed, and H.
