Appeal from an order of the Supreme Court (Bradley, J.), entered September 15, 1993 in Ulster County, which, inter alia, granted defendant’s cross motion for summary judgment dismissing the complaint.
Plaintiff and defendant were married in 1986 and by February 1991 had entered into a separation agreement (hereinafter the agreement).
