I. Issue Presented
What is a “pharmaceutical”? That is the question this court has been asked to answer in the context of a divorce decree between the parties herein. The underlying facts of this matter are basically uncontested. On or about April 3, 1990, the parties entered into a separation agreement (a copy of the separation agreement was introduced as plaintiff’s exhibit 2).
