White, J.(1) Cross appeals from an order of the County Court of Broome County (Smith, J.), entered March 29, 1996, which, inter alia, affirmed a judgment of the City Court of the City of Binghamton in favor of plaintiff, and (2) appeal from an order of said court, entered September 4, 1996, which denied plaintiffs motion for reconsideration.
