MAIN, Judge.

D.A.D.O., a juvenile, was adjudicated delinquent based upon a charge of obstructing governmental operations, a violation of § 13A-10-2, Ala.Code 1975. The juvenile court placed D.A.D.O. on probation. This appeal follows.

The State’s evidence tended to show the following: On October 28, 2008, Officer Willie Willis of the Birmingham Police Department arrested three juveniles for violating a daytime curfew ordinance. Pursuant to departmental procedure, Officer Willis took the three violators to the main office of Jaekson-Olin High School, where they were enrolled, seeking information…
