Per Curiam :

This case arose out of an election contest in the county court of Stark county between petitioner, appellant here, and respondent, appellee here, for the office of county treasurer. Petitioner was a candidate on the democratic ticket and respondent a candidate on the republican ticket at an election held on Ncwember 2, 1926. The canvassing board gave respondent 1559 votes and petitioner 1530, and respondent was declared elected by a majority of 29 votes.
