Mahan, P. J.:

John Pope, one of the defendants in error, brought suit against the other parties to this proceeding in the district court of Rawlins county to quiet his title to a tract of land. The suit was under the provisions of the statute in relation to such cases.

The defendant Carrie E. Havens, plaintiff in error in this proceeding, answered, setting up title by sheriff’s deed made in pursuance of a sale had on a judgment of foreclosure, in a case wherein one John Amidon was plaintiff and John Pope, the defendant in error, and others were…
