This is an appeal from an order confirming a sale of real estate pursuant to an action for the foreclosure of a real estate mortgage.

The action was instituted in the district court of Payne county by Olive Elson and Stella E. Nash, hereinafter referred to as plaintiffs, against T. H. Ray and other defendants to foreclose a real estate mortgage executed by said defendants, who were the heirs of Mary A. Ray, deceased, from whom they inherited the land involved herein.
