The appeals in this case are from certain rulings of the Baltimore City Court in proceedings in that Court on appeal from the Commissioners for opening streets in the-city of Baltimore in the matter of the opening of Patterson Park Avenue under ordinance 69 of 1876. The ordinance under which the proceedings were begun is entitled “ An ordinance to condemn and open Patterson Park *396Avenue, formerly Gist street, from Monument to Oliver street.”
