The appeal is from a decree which sustained the demurrer to an amended bill of complaint filed on the equity side of the Circuit Court for Calvert County by North Beach, a municipal corporation, against the North Chesapeake Beach Land & Improvement Company of Calvert County, and the North Beach Amusement Company, and the County Trust Company of Maryland, all three bodies corporate of the State of Maryland.
