Garlock v. Chicago, Milwaukee, St. Paul & Pacific Railroad

On February 26, 1945, at 10:30 a. m., Fern Garlock was killed as the result of a collision between a truck driven northward by him and a westbound train operated by defendant at the grade crossing of its railway track and New-comb street in the city of Whitewater.
