HAMILTON, District Judge.

These consolidated cases present an issue of first impression in Indiana relevant to the personal automobile insurance policies of federal employees. In these cases an employee of the United States Postal Service was driving her own vehicle and was acting within the scope of her federal employment when she was involved in an automobile accident.
