KILEY, Circuit Judge.
This proceeding to enforce an attorney’s lien under the Illinois Lien Act1 involves a controversy between lawyers. The district court’s judgment ordered the attorneys-intervenors to pay petitioners $17,500 as fees. Petitioners have appealed, and interveno-rs have cross-appealed, from the judgment. We affirm.
