Plaintiff sued in counts of assumpsit and tort in trespass for damages to certain buildings arising out of the removal of machinery sold by plaintiff to defendant. On a trial before a jury, the court directed a verdict of no cause of action on the ground that plaintiff had not sufficiently shown ownership of the real estate, and that he had therefore failed to prove a cause of action.
