Anderson v. Freis

Plaintiff brought this action against defendant Freis seeking damages for injuries sustained when the automobile driven by defendant Freis crossed the double white line in the center of the highway on the San Francisco Bay Bridge and crashed head-on into the automobile driven by plaintiff. Defendant Freis filed an answer denying any negligence and alleging that the collision was due solely to the negligence of one Linney.
