This is an appeal on questions of law from a judgment of the Court of Common Pleas of Montgomery County, entered in favor of the plaintiffs in the amount of $165.02 as a result of an automobile collision which occurred on February 25, 1958, at the intersection of Curundu Avenue and Wilmore Street, Montgomery County, between automobiles driven by Carlton Stockslager and Ralph Dixon.
