OPINION & ORDER
EDELSTEIN, District Judge:
Currently pending before this Court are the parties’ respective dispositive motions in the instant produets-liability litigation. Defendant Showa Denko K.K. (“defendant” or “SDK”) moves this Court for partial summary judgment on plaintiffs’ claims for punitive damages, lost-income damages, “actionable misrepresentations,” and negligence. Plaintiffs Noel and Caryll Kramer (“plaintiffs” or “the Kramers”) move this Court to collaterally estop defendant from denying at trial that its product caused plaintiffs’ injuries and that its product was defective.…
