Elizabeth Nussbaum (“Plaintiff’) commenced this action on January 17, 2012 against Metro-North Commuter Railroad (“Metro-North”) and the Metropolitan Transportation Authority (“MTA”) (collectively, “Defendants”). Plaintiff alleges that Defendants’ negligence caused her to slip and fall inside a Metro-North train car at Cold Spring station on August 16, 2011.
