This was an action to recover the amount of a policy of life insurance issued by the defendant company to Elizabeth M. Rinker, for the sum of $2,000 payable to the plaintiff as beneficiary. A copy of the policy was attached and made a part of the declaration, and, as a part of the policy, there appears a copy of the application for insurance in which all the statements therein contained are warranted to be true.
