LAKE, Chief Justice.
This is a wrongful death action, arising from a motor vehicle accident, wherein plaintiff, George C. Yancey, administrator of the estate of Lucy W. Yancey, driver of one of the vehicles, filed suit for damages for her death against the driver and owner of the other vehicle, defendants Artie Sylvester Lea and Huss, Incoiporated, respectively.
