McKAY, Chief Judge.

The Appellant, Joey Manuel Toledo, was convicted of kidnapping under 18 U.S.C. § 1201 (1988). 2 On this appeal, Mr. Toledo contends that the trial court erred in three respects. First, Mr. Toledo argues that the trial court failed to properly instruct the jury regarding the elements and nature of kidnapping under § 1201. Second, Mr. Toledo asserts that the court erred by allowing expert testimony which bolstered the victim’s testimony.
