James Allen Bostic was involved in an automobile accident on June 15, 1985, at approximately 7:00 p.m. Bostic’s blood alcohol level was over .13 percent at the time of the accident. He was traveling at a speed well in excess of the posted limit on Bottom Road near Fallon. Failing to heed the posted stop sign at the intersection of Bottom and McLean Roads, he collided with a Chevrolet Blazer driven by Frank Bianchi. Lou Smith was a passenger in Bianchi’s Blazer.
