This is an appeal by the State of Maryland from the Criminal Court of Baltimore City. It is a cáse wherein Louis Hyman was indicted for a violation of the Act of 1902, ch. 101. The title of that Act is in these words: ‘ ‘An Act to add four additional sections to Article 27 of the Code of Public General Laws, title, ‘Crimes and Punishments,’ sub-title, ‘Health, Workshops and Factories, Sweating System,’ as the same was amended by ch. 302 of the Acts of 1894, and ch. 467 of the Acts of 1896; said four additional sections to be known respectively as sections 149EE, i4gFF, 149GG, 149HH, and to…
