The plaintiff appeals from the judgment for defendants entered pursuant to a general verdict of a jury. He assigns as errors (1) the admission of improper testimony; (2) refusal of the court to grant judgment for plaintiff notwithstanding the verdict on the ground of failure of any credible evidence to support the verdict; and (3) the failure of the court to properly instruct the jury on burden of proof.
